Cash paid airline, flight cancelled

I booked a flight and had to contact the travel agency to have the airline credits applied. The flights were then booked as cash payments, which I understand is standard practice. However, later that same day I had to cancel the flights and make them for another day. I got the airline credit back for one of the airlines, but not the other.

How do I get the credit back for the other? It has been 7 days since this occurred.

@JanaF Hello!  You will want to reach out to your Travel Agency for this. They should be able to look further into it for you.
