Cash expense

Service team needs to visit Customer site - whereas Customer has informed to come with PPE Kits (Safety Shoes, Helmet, Goggles and Suit) can this be purchased self and claimed through Concur?

@Yathish Thank you for reaching out to the SAP Concur Community! I don't see any reason that your user's wouldn't be able to claim these items through SAP Concur. If you do not have the appropriate expense types for people to claim theses, you can then have a Support ticket created and we can add new expense types for you.

@Yathish in addition to what @MelanieT said, claiming the items you mentioned is up to your company. You would need to double-check on whether a PPE Kit is something your company allows to be reimbursed. Most likely they would allow it, but I suggest trying to find out what your company's policy is regarding this. I would hate for your employees to make this purchase to then find out later your company doesn't reimburse for it.
