Cash Advance not posting in SAP on one time vedor

We are trying to post a cash advance request from Concur into SAP.  Error F5266 - city and state missing on one-time account posting.  We can see the city and state on the bp record for the one time vendor, we see it in table BUT020 and in the record number in ADRC - it looks like the address exists everywhere we expect but it stops every time on this error.

@JeriMize1 Hi!  I am not sure the answer on this.  I have posted your question to our SAP Integration team and will see what they come back with.  In the meantime, maybe someone will have more insight from their experiences.
