Cannot See Most Recent Travel Details of Employee

Hello,

When I go to lookup an employee's recent travel details via searching their employee ID, I appear to get some results capped at some point in late 2023. The employee had recent travel in 2024 and the expense report lookup does not show it existing. Is there a setting I have to adjust to view more recent travel reports on an employee?
