Can't link my bank account

Hi All,

 

I can't link my bank account when in Concur in my profile. There are red fields where I can type information, but there is no save button. I followed my company's instructions, and they said I should be able to. Can someone help? Thanks so much!

@srleist Hello!  Here are the steps to add your banking:

 

To add or update bank account information, watch this video or follow these steps:

  1. Select Profile > Profile Settings
  2. Select Bank Information on the left under Expense Setting
  3. Under Bank Information, fill in all required fields  
  4. Select Save and Authorize
  5. Select OK
  • Only the user can update their own Bank Information, this cannot be done by proxy or delegate access
  • Bank information cannot be added via SAP Concur Mobile.
