@UB06110 does the SAP Concur tool allow for this? Technically yes. However, the question is does your company allow it? You will need to ask your manager about what your company policy is in regards to this situation. Since we do not have access to your company’s policies we cannot really advise one way or the other. Your manager is a good resource since they will likely be the first one to review and approve your expense report.
