Audit review - detail expense extract needed

I am trying to extract a detailed report from the concur instance we use in the USA, however the extract is limited to report heading/name and will not give the detailed line by line for expense types. 

How do i generate an extract file for all users over a 12 month period by expense type/line item

@melissaa Thank you for reaching out to the SAP Concur Community!  If you need an extract set up, you will want to create a support case, and the Extract team can assist you with this.  Just to make sure, are you referring to a Cognos report?
