Attendee groups modify names

How do I add and delete names to an attendee group for meals?

@jjones4460 Hello!  Thanks for reaching out here.  

To create an Attendee Group:

1. Navigate to Profile > Profile Settings > Favorite Attendees > Attendee Groups tab
2. Click Add New
3. Select the attendees from your Favorite Attendees list you wish to add to the group using the check boxes
4. Enter the name of the new group and click Save Group

OR

1. While in an Expense Report, select the expense entry line which has attendees added
2. Using the check boxes, select all the attendees you wish to create a group for
3. Click Create Group
4. In the Create Group window, enter a group name
5. Click Save

To edit an Attendee Group:

1. Navigate to Profile > Profile Settings > Favorite Attendees
2. Click Attendee Groups
3. Select the title of the Attendee Group you wish to edit
4. Click Edit
5. Use the check boxes to select and deselect attendees
6. Click Save Group

To delete an Attendee Group:

1. Navigate to Profile > Profile Settings > Favorite Attendees
2. Click Attendee Groups
3. Select the title of the Attendee Group you wish to remove
4. Click Delete > Yes

OR

1. Select an expense entry line which has attendees form field
2. Click Favorites or Advanced Search
3. Click Attendee Groups
4. Select the title of the Attendee Group you wish to remove
5. Click Delete > Yes
