Approval Process

Hi, I created a trip reservation and needs  my line manager approval, but When my Line Manager log into Concur he can see an approval request, but When he clicks on this he is then taken to a page which just shows expenses. There’s nothing there to approve on travel.

I need your help, otherwise the trip will be automatically cancelled.

@antelros The approval queue for managers they see on the SAP Concur home screen is for Expense Reports, not Travel reservations. You manager should have received an email about approving the Travel reservation. I believe the email would contain a link to click to access the reservation for approval. Did your manager not receive this email?
