Solved: Allocation coding is restricted

Not many users allocate their expenses so I was excited to learn someone in IT was attempting to use this feature. Unfortunately we discovered that a coding field (location) which displays our full list of locations on the expense detail tab is greatly restricted under the allocations tab.

ie. a large portion of locations are not available to be selected under allocations.

What setting(s) affect the availability of allocation coding fields?

@larasmith how many locations does your company have? If the list is over a certain amount, the system will only show a portion of the list and the user must enter the beginning of a location name to have the system "find" the location in the list to select.

Thank you, Kevin. We do have a LOT of locations and that was the issue. It simply wasn't displaying but could be selected once a portion of the name/code was entered in the field.
