@Ravali Your issue is a technical issue and should be submitted to your site administrator first and foremost. It may be a simple password reset is needed. If your site admin cannot resolve the issue, then they will need to submit a support ticket on your behalf.
There are a few different things that could cause login issues. For example, mistyped username or password, a change to your login credentials because you went from contractor to full-time...So, your site admin may have some insight into what is going on, so we recommend always checking with them first.
