Hello @Loes,

Do you have both old and recent transactions in the same report?

If so, it would be better to separate them: old and recent transactions should be included in different reports.
Please avoid mixing old transactions with recent ones and group all the old transactions into a single report.

Once you have submitted the report with the old transactions, you will be able to send the current report without any issues.

Hi @Loes ,

Please try below and let me know whether your issue get resolved.

Creating separate report for credit card transactions (greater than 30 days old Transactions only):

  1. Delete all credit card transactions from both reports. (Payment type = NL CBCP)
  2. The deleted transactions should now appear under Home Page >> Available Expenses. Click on Date to sort the transactions by date.
  3. Select all older transactions (more than 30 days old) and move them to a new report. I can see that you have all March transactions — please select all of them and move them to the new report.
  4. Complete all required expense report header details and click Save.
  5. Fill in all required expense entry details and click Save.
  6. Submit the report.

How to check CC transaction age is greater than 30 days:

Note - As per the standard audit rule, if any credit card transaction is more than 30 days old, this error message will be triggered for those transactions. Since all the transactions in your report are from March, they have already exceeded the 30-day limit, which is why the audit rule is being triggered.

Once the above report has been submitted successfully, you can create another report for all cash transactions and then submit the second report. This time you shouldn't face any issue while submitting report.
