unable to edit Expense as expense configuration admin ( restricted)

Hi all,

I’m an Authorized Support Contact (ASC) for my company and also an Administrator with the role Expense Configuration Administrator (Restricted).

However, I’m still unable to modify expense settings—for example, the Receipt Limit.
In my admin account, I only see options for New and Copy, but not for modifying existing configurations.

Does anyone know what might be causing this? Has anyone experienced a similar issue?

@JJ9 you might need the Shared Configuration Administrator (restricted role) to be able to do that. 

 

Can you take a screenshot of the screen you are referring to please and post it here?

i had also this Shared Configuration Administrator (restricted role)  but still not able to modify it.

@JJ9 could you send me a private message with either your company name or your work email address, please? I cannot find your site with the email address and company name you have listed on your community profile.

 

With those two permissions, you should be able to edit those receipt handling options.
