@IsmailA hello there.
Your first question, "Can I be reimbursed"? That is a question you will need to ask internally. I suggest speaking with your direct manager about this. Every company is different on with their reimbursement policies, so we cannot advise whether this is something you can be reimbursed for.
Second question...we do not have anything within the SAP Concur product that is an attestation. Your manager should hopefully be able to provide you the answer on what your company policy is in regards to this situation.
