*ready for review - as a proxy

Can we please get the option to mark reports ready for review after creating as a proxy in addition to being able to submit? This would significantly stream line our work load. Currently we are creating then emailing employees to submit. 

edit to add: We can not use the delegate feature any longer due to the size of the company.

There is already a Ready for Review option for delegates who do not have permission to submit reports. When this option is used, the report is marked as ready for review, and the employee is automatically notified so they can review and submit it at their convenience (Reference: Submit or Notify | SAP Help Portal).

 For the Ready for Review button to appear, the Can Submit Reports option must be left unchecked when configuring the delegate. This allows the delegate to prepare the report but not submit it, making the Ready for Review option available to notify the report owner that it is ready for review and submission.

Yes I am aware of it as a delegate - however our company grew too large and we can only create as a proxy now. We would really appreciate the feature to be available under the Admin(Proxy) in addition to being able to submit the reports.

If you believe this functionality would be beneficial for your process, I recommend submitting an enhancement request through the SAP Customer Influence portal, where customers can propose new features and vote on suggestions from other organizations.

The more votes and support a proposal receives, the greater the chance that SAP will review it for consideration in future product releases.

Once you have submitted the request to SAP Customer Influence, please share the link in this thread. I will be happy to support it with my vote.

@bwyatt hello there. I've been at SAP Concur for almost 18 years now and the option for Ready for Review by a proxy has never been something I've heard discussed. We developed the Proxy option to be used by a small few within an organization and for it to be used for Troubleshooting purposes, not for creating and submitting reports. 

How many proxies do you have at your company? I'm also curious how the size of your company has made it so you cannot use the Delegate option. This is a bit puzzling to me. 🙂 Genuinely asking.
