persistent email notifications

Our company is getting inundated with expense notification emails and when you look there are no new expenses. This is not normal, anyone having the same issue. Dont know who to contact to look into this

Hello Kevin, thanks for responding. Everyone in my company have received over 20 of these emails. All are the same. Let me know if you need anything else
