expenses not booked in project

Hi. @KevinD . a collegue booked an expense in CONCUR to be costed to a project (visible in RP0004 - Ledger Details (v3.1)) but the cost of the expense is not booked in the project.

@ARJ if I'm understanding correctly, the colleague wants to charge the expense against a certain project, is that correct? If so, is the issue that they aren't finding the project anywhere on their expense report?

resource charged the expense against a project

in RP0004 - Ledger Details (v3.1) the expense is with project reference

but the project didn't occur in the expense

@ARJ okay, but what are you asking, exactly? We don't have any control over your company's projects or ledgers, so I'm not quite sure what kind of help you are looking for. You'd be better off asking your direct manager about this situation.
