error massage in Concur:

Hi,

I'm getting this error massage in Concur:

It looks like my returned lease car is still registered on my name somewhere and I don't know where or who can fix this for me.

Lease contract was ended at 08JUN25.

 

Any help will be much appreciated.

Hello @Drei 

This error messages come from audit rules set up by your company, so you would need to raise an IT Ticket and then the Concur Administrator within your company will provide the logic behind the rule so you can solve/clear this errors.

 

I know this is not the final solution for your case but i think is the right way in order to find a solution 🙂

@Drei hello there. While @grodriguezproje is correct, the company car setting is actually something on your administrative profile. Your site admin can simply uncheck a box on your profile that states you have a company car. Unchecking the box should fix the issue.
