Australian Card Feeds in Concur - Anyone Established in Australia?

Hi there -

We're trying to establish a credit card program in Australia for our new Australian entity. Commonwealth Bank Australia, Citi Bank, Bank of America & AMEX were the names of banks that Concur gave us that are Concur compliant.  My boss nixed AMEX (previous bad experience), and we reached out to Commonwealth (where our actual bank account for the country is) - they said that despite what Concur stated, they are unable to support a card feed and have transactions flow through to Concur. Does anyone have an established card program in Australia that his paid out via Concur? What bank are you using? Is it CBIP (Company Bill, Individual Pay - ie. only paid when users submit expense reports) or CBCP (Company Billed, Company Paid - auto-paid monthly on the 1st)? Anyone with experience please let me know!!

Hi @katanthony

Please find below the list of banks supported in Australia for the credit card integrations:

I also had the case that a bank listed here was not able to set up the file for the feed, in that case maybe you should use a bank that can support you on this

Hi - we have confirmed with Concur & Concur that there are only 4 who can support a card feed/payment through the concur system. We tried Commonwealt and they don't, despite what Concur says. I'm looking for anyone who has experience setting up a card program in Australia - feedback on what they use, etc.

@katanthony I would recommend posting this in the Admin Group. This forum is more trafficked by end users and not those who would work with credit card feeds. The admin group is solely site admins and those who could possibly answer your question. One person in particular, although I haven't seen him here in a while, to speak with is @DeanR. He's very knowledgable and is in Australia.

Thank you,
Kevin
