delegating the approval status regarding travel requeste

My project manager is currently on maternity leave and has delegated me to work her travel expense settlements however she has forgotten to delegate her substitute to approve the travel requests sent for her approval, is it possible to change this without her logging into the system, or does she have to do it personally?

@Talihabaumann Your internal SAP Concur site admin can add delegates to user profiles if need be. You will need to contact that person to have them get the delegate added.
