@caustria I have three suggestions:

1. Speak with your direct manager as they should know the company policy.

2. While speaking with your manager, ask them if they know where you can find your company's policies.

3. For fun...submit all the phone and internet expenses you have and see if it gets approved or if it gets returned. If it gets returned, the comment will likely tell you how far back you are allowed to go. 

 

As @Meena_K mentioned, each company is different in their policy regarding cell phone and internet reimbursement, so you won't be able to get a definitive answer here on the community.
