HI; 

I organised an event with 700+ attendees who I need to upload. 

How ca I do that as bulk upload , withstanding the fax´ct that thex dont all have a corp email .

@noumbiss if your company has the Import Attendee option turned on, you can fill out an Excel spreadsheet template and then upload that document. Keep in mind that the template still needs to have all the information entered. 

If you do not see the Import Attendee option when you go to the Add Attendees screen, then you will need to either manually enter the attendees or have your site administrator turn on the option.

I do not see the Import Attendee option while I have 700+ attendees to upload. How can I know who the r site administrator is to ask to turn on the option.

@noumbiss if you sign in to SAP Concur look to see if there is a Company Notes section on the home page. You may need to click Read More to expand the section. Look there to see if there are any contact details for getting help. If not, site admins usually are in the Finance, Accounting, HR or Payroll departments. Another option is to go back an open an old expense report, click Report Details>Audit Trail and see who the last person was that approved your report. That would be another good option.
