@Rhoogerh I haven't seen anyone else report this, so I wouldn't assume the appropriate people have seen this. I would suggest submitting a Help ticket to Concur Support so they can look into it. In the meantime, I'm asking my contacts on the Reporting team if they have come across any reports of this.
