When a user clicks "submit" there is a Final Review window that pops up saying they understand to the best of their knowledge it's complete and accurate among other things. We need to change the verbiage on it - where does one go to change that?

@scottcb2 Go to Administration>Expense>Workflows. I've provided a screenshot.
