Where are receipts for travel booked through Concur?

Where can I find the receipt for a flight ticket booked through Concur (paid on June 30, 2026) using my personal credit card on file in my profile? It would be great if it appeared automatically in my expenses. For now, I can only see an itinerary with the estimated cost. There’s nothing in the “Available Expenses” section. Could this be because I enabled the “E-Receipt” option after purchasing my tickets?

@YoannB did you look in the Company Notes section of the Concur Homepage? You might have to click Read More to expand that section. Also, when you book travel you should received some sort of email confirmation. The trip details should be in the email and I believe the travel agency would be listed somewhere in that confirmation email.

@YoannB I would say that because you didn't have E-Receipts enabled at the time of purchase, that is why you don't see the receipt.

@KevinDSo how can I get a receipt for the purchase of these tickets?

@YoannB I would see if your travel agency can provide something for you. Give them a call and see what they say.

@KevinD I contacted Delta Airlines. At first glance, they don't seem to have the information, since I apparently purchased the tickets through a travel agency (Concur/Sabre?). However, I requested a receipt by following their procedure. According to their procedure, I should receive a response within 14 business days.

@YoannB your company has an assigned Travel Agency. It isn't Sabre or Concur. Sabre is one of the Global Distribution Systems and Concur Travel is simply the tool to do the booking. The Travel Agency is the one who fulfills and tickets the airfare. You might try calling them as it would likely take less than 14 days to get what you are looking for. That is, if they can provide it. 🙂

@KevinD Thanks! Do you know how I can find the name and contact information of Acuity's designated travel agency? I can't seem to find it anywhere in Concur Travel.

@KevinD  I finally found the E-Receipt. The travel agency is BCD Travel. Thank you for your time and help.

@KevinD Hi Kevin, I noticed the same thing for one of our Concur users that books a lot of travel for our employees and she already had E Receipts enabled but she hasn't received any receipts recently. Is there possibly an issue with Concur? Thanks! Nicole

@nicolesantiago I haven't seen anyone report any e-receipt issues.

Is the issue with her receiving e-receipts for her own travel or travel she books for others?

It's for travel that she books for others. She also just figured out that her assistant used her card to book travel so the receipts must have gone to the assistant. The other thing that she noticed is that her receipts aren't combining with the transactions but there was a message that says "to view receipts look in the panel to the right" which is new. Thank you for the quick reply.
