I'm acting as others to fill in the reimbursement information about hotel in Concur.

After I completed the itemizations, several warnings appear as picture below. The date range is 04/17/2025 - 04/19/2025, the itemization is 04/17/2025 and 04/18/2025 automatically. I don't know what these warnings are about.

@AngelaWu those are just warnings and will not prevent you from submitting the report. I do see a couple of red alerts and those you must correct. 🙂
