WBS Missing from Allocations

Hello - I am trying to allocate expenses to a WBS that is not appearing in the drop-down.  No one seems to know how to get it added.  I have tried searching for it by TEXT, CODE, and EITHER.  I have expenses that need to be submitted very soon.  Please help!

Hi @gibbong 

If you can't find the WBS element is because is not yet imported to Concur so that's why you can't see it. In any case you should open an IT ticket and the Concur Administrator within your company can take care of this issue.

Would you happen to have the email of our Concur Administrator?  No one internally can seem to provide that.

Sorry, I just realized you were responding to my public post.  I saw another thread where a Concur forum admin reached out to that person's Concur Admin when they had the same issue.  Hoping someone from Concur can do the same for me.
