Using the Authenticator app for testing

I am setting up employees in my test environment to use for testing transactions.  I have been able to set them up with the 2FA but now I'm unable to scan the QR code.  Has something changed in how to use the QR code?

Hi @scalliso ,

May I know whether you are getting any QR code or not? Also, would like to know, does any other team member has already scanned the QR code and already login to the profile before you do?

Regarding the process, once 2FA profile is set up, QR code will appear only for the first time i.e. at the time of initial login. You need to scan that QR code with the help of authenticator app such as chrome authenticator/Microsoft authenticator or any other authenticator. Once it is scanned, authenticator will generate 6-digit unique code which you need to enter in the '6-Digit Authentication Code' field and click sign-in. It will take you to the home page.

Scanning the QR code is one time process. Next time onwards you just need to enter login id, password and 6-digit code every time when you login.

Else,

If you are not getting any QR code then from admin profile you can reset 2FA again for that test profile, so that you will get QR code again when you try to login for the first time after reset.

Let me know whether issue gets resolved or still persists.
