Users Report by Product

I created a user details report in Analytics. I would like to pull this report to include if the user has Travel only access or Travel and Expense access (the checkboxes at the top of the user set-up screen). Is there a way to report on that?

@mnash1 you should be able to go into the Lists folder found in the Expense Area of the data warehouse and expand the Employee Roles sub-folder. Here you will see the Role data item. You can filter the report to show only Travel user and Expense User. In the list of roles there are Travel Wizard User, Expense User and a Travel and Expense User roles. You might want to just use Travel Wizard and Expense User only. If you use all three, your results would show like the screenshot below. The line showing Travel and Expense User is redundant.

Let me know if you need any other guidance.

Hi Kevin,

I applied the fields with great anticipation. I thought this was the answer, but the data is inconsistent. I pulled a US user and the Travel Wizard checkbox at the top of the Profile was checked and not the one in Travel Wizard Role from Travel Settings>User Group Membership (Group Id) checkbox.

Arnold, Cortney Lynn

But when I checked the report for Travel Rule Class (which I've inserted) for Standard ES for Spain, no results, and all of our Spain Travelers have Travel Wizard at the top and not in Travel Settings. 😞
