Update Billable Items in bulk the same way you update Personal Expenses

Most of the items I report in Concur are billable Items. I have to manually click that box for every single billable expense which could be 90%-100% of all items in the report. It's a tedious task, when you have click that box on average 40-50 times every week.

 

Has anyone considered/requested to have the feature to edit all of the selected lines as "Billable Item" the same way the system does have the option to update the "Personal Expense" in the "Edit" pop-up screen?

@malvaradopazo seems odd this field isn't available for mass edit. I'm going to ask someone internally about this.

@KevinD Thanks a lot for reading my post and escalate it. This morning I was working on expense reports and I wished I could had the mass edit for Billable Items...

@malvaradopazo I asked someone I know in implementation, but she didn't know what qualifies a field to be available for mass edit. I'm posting internally about this to see if anyone can provide some insight.

@malvaradopazo I was told that if all the expenses you need to mass edit have the Billable field you should be able to mass edit them.

 

If you know who your company's SAP Concur Site Admin is, you can have them submit a Help ticket to Concur Support so they can look into it.

@KevinD that is not the case. Unfortunately, I have submitted all my reports and don't have the ability to reproduce the screen that does the mass edit. I can assure you that the options for Expense Type, Business Purpose, Customer Job, Event Name, Comment and Personal Expenses (do not reimburse) options show, but not Billable Item. I'll see if I could get some screenshots from my peers that have pending reports to submit.

@malvaradopazo a Help ticket will need to be submitted to Concur Support. There isn't anything more I can do. The feature should be available to you, but since it isn't, our Support Team will need to look into the issue.
