Unable to "create new request" - comes up with an error: " You are not allowed to submit Request"

I haven't used Concur since March but when I try and create a new request, it comes up with the following error: "ERROR: You are not allowed to submit Request at the moment".

Clicking on "View" just takes me back to the Request and I am unable to submit this to my manager for auththorisation for a work trip. Any ideas, please? Would be so much appreciated. (It's also perhaps worth noting I now don't an option for "Personal Car - Mileage" when I manually create an expense either. )

@antony1081 usually this type of message is when a company has put a moratorium on submissions. I looked at your company's site and indeed they have blocked Travel Request submissions for a migration. So, there is no error or anything incorrect with your profile. It is a company-wide block.

Now, if your next question is, "when will the block be lifted", that I don't know and you will need to speak with your direct manager/supervisor. We wouldn't know this information.

Thank you,
