Unable to generate a report for expenses

Hello, I am a new user and was wanting to generate and submit an expense report, but I am not sure how to go about it

@mwaskiahamskii I tried looking you up by the company name you listed here on the Community. I wasn't able to find an SAP Concur profile for you. Do you know if you have been setup in SAP Concur with a profile? This Community is separate from SAP Concur. SAP Concur is where you will submit your expense reports, but your company's SAP Concur Administrator will need to set you up with a profile. From my search, I did not find a profile for you. You should reach out to your direct manager and ask them for help.

Hello I'm new user of this app, I'm having the same issue, unable to generate expenses report, basically I don't see the task bar to proceed, see image below:

Hi @GervacioH ,

To get 'create expense report' option, user must have Expense User role in employee profile. You can reach out to Concur Administrator and ask them to give Expense User role in your employee profile.

Once role is given, you will see Create Expense Report option in your Concur Home Page.
