Looking for some assistance with UK Company cars. I was able to create the Criteria and Rates in Car Configuration, but do I have to create a new "Expense Car" Form too? Or is there an easier solution? I looked up UK Car Allowance in the Concur Expense Professional Edition Administration Guides, but I got lost when looking at the "Accessing Mileage Configuration Page". The Prerequisite says, "Ensure you have the unrestricted Expense Configuration Administrator role in Concur." Which is this, correct? The other one says (Restricted) after it so I believe I have the correct one.
However, I still don't see the Mileage Configuration option under Expense Admin. Do I need it, or do I continue with creating a Form, or is there a better solution? Looking for any help/guidance here.

@JLovasz I don't think you need to create a new form as there is already an Expense Car form created. If you go to Forms and Fields, you can select the Form type. You'll see the Expense Car form in the drop down.

I am starting from there. But I will have to modify one of the Forms to get what is needed for UK Car Allowance reimbursements, correct. None of these (below) show the type of fuel nor engine size. So, I will have to add at least those fields and then create the lists so I can give the employees a drop-down of choices (bottom). Is there a better way?
@JLovasz look for the CRITERIA_KEY field and check if it is added to your Car form or not. if not added, please add it and proceed.
This field gets the information from Car Criteria setup in Car Configuration/Mileage Service. you dont need to add any specific field to get this in user profile while creating the Car details.
