Trouble submitting expense reports on the mobile app

Hi All,

 

I'm having trouble submitting expense reports on the mobile app. I've already tried clearing the cache and reinstalling the app, but the issue persists.

Could you provide some guidance?

@nlynch91 what happens when you try to submit? Does the app crash? Is there a something that looks like it is processing, but never stops? 

 

Also, have you tried rebooting your phone, making sure the phone is up to date and also the app?
