We had two incidents where 2 travelers received hotel charges that were not theirs, nor did they stay at the hotel or go overseas where the hotels are located. Both receipts had the traveler's last name, but the first name and credit card #'s were not the same. One receipt was from a hotel in New Zealand and another was for a hotel in Canada. Neither traveler went to those hotels, nor travel on the same dates. The travelers listed on the receipts are not even employees and the Canada hotel said that the hotel was not booked through our TMC or Concur. Is this a mistake by the hotel or by the credit card company? How would this happen?
