Concur Budget tolerance

Hi, 

Can I check if allowing  a cost center to exceed its budget by a certain tolerance is possible with Concur Budget?

For example:

• Cost Center: CC1001
• Budget: SGD 100,000
• Already committed: SGD 99,500
• New Request: SGD 1,000
• Instead of rejecting the Request because it exceeds the remaining budget by SGD 500, allow it if the tolerance is, say, SGD 1,000 or 5%.
