The report header is missing data in this required field(s): Employee Group

I can't submit my expense report because of the above message.  Do you know how to resolve this matter? I don't see "employee group" anywhere.

Hi @CeceliaYee ,

 

The Employee Group field is typically hidden from employees and is automatically copied from the employee profile to the report header form. This field plays a crucial role in backend configurations.

 

Please try creating a new report and check again.

 

This type of error should not occur unless the Concur administrator has removed the copy-down source from the report header form. If that’s the case, other employees would likely encounter the same issue.

 

If issue still persists then please reach out to Concur administrator OR raise an IT support ticket. They will be able to resolve this.

@CeceliaYee I don't see this message on your current report, so I would have to think the issue is resolved now. Correct?
