Email tied to old Concur account

I recently changed organizations but my personal email address is still tied to my old concur account with the old company.  How do I remove it from there and assign it to my new account?

It seems that the easiest way is for you to contact your previous organization and have them deactivate your account - the deactivation will also remove the verification of your emailadress.

 

If this is not successful (I would hope it is, because the old organization should have a routine in place to deactivate employees/users - and I also belive that you have the right to be deactivated (or forgotten) is you ask for it - at least in some countries) - then I would have your administrator of your current company raise a case with Concur Support - with details of the old account/company/organization and have them look into removing the verification in the old profile.
