Submitted & Pending Concur Audit Review

Hello All, I submitted my expense and its kinda freezed, no email notification, nothing.

Its stuck on the first step Submitted & Pending Concur Audit Review 

Within a week status did not change. Still Pending Concur Audit Review.

I recalled it and submitted again but it changed nothing.

Hello @DmitRIY13 ,

 

If the "Submitted & Pending Concur Audit Review" status has not changed for more than a week, the report is most likely being held in Concur's audit process. Check that there are no errors or missing receipts, and contact your Concur administrator or Finance team to have it reviewed. Resubmitting the report will not speed up the process.

 

Try the following actions:

 

Review the expense report

Open the report and check for any pending alerts, warnings, or errors.

Make sure all required receipts are attached and clearly legible.

 

Check the approval workflow

In the report, look for options such as Audit Trail, Approval Flow, or Workflow. And this may show exactly where the report is currently stuck.

 

Contact your Concur administrator or Finance team

If the status has not changed for more than a week, contact your company's internal support team for assistance.

 

Check for broader issues

If possible, ask colleagues whether they have reports stuck in the same status.

It could be due to a delay in Concur's audit process or a backlog in the review queue.
