Hi All
I am running Android v16 and SAP Concur mobile app v10.31.0, I have ExpenseIt and Expense Assistant set to ON.
When I take a photo of a receipt using the mobile app, the last 7 photos are queued up in the app. The oldest is "Processing..." and the six most recent are "Uploading...". They've been stuck like that for over a week. I cannot delete them as I get the error message "An error occurred...cannot delete".
Can someone please offer some advice how to fix this as it means I am losing receipts (for example train receipts where the ticket barrier keeps the ticket at the end of your journey) and I am having problems claiming my expenses back as a result.
Thank you
David

@David28 I asked our mobile team about this and they looked in the database, but didn't see any errors to indicate what is causing the issue.
They suggested you submit a Help Ticket to Concur Support to have them look into it. As a workaround, I would suggest instead of taking pictures of receipts directly in the app, take the pictures of receipts and have them save in your phone's photo album. You will need to create the expense entries manually on your report then upload the receipt directly to the entries. I'm not sure if you are simply uploading images or if you are using our ExpenseIt feature for these receipts. I know if you are using ExpenseIt the expense entries get created for you and creating them manually takes more time, but manual creation for now will be less time consuming since the image processing isn't working.
I'm sure you have tried all the normal troubleshooting of rebooting your phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, making sure app is most recent version and clearing the app's cache, correct?
