SAP Concur Mobile app SSO code no longer working

We have been using an SSO  code for users to Set up the Concur mobile app for a few years now. Recently i have noticed that the SSO code is not visible on my settings profile? Not sure if this is connected to the fact that now when users are updating their mobile handset and having to re-add the Concur mobile app the SSO code is no longer working. I have also attempted with one user to set up the mobile app with 2FA, but the authenticator app is not recognising the QR cade to add SAP Concur.

Has anyone experienced this or could possibly have a solution.

Many thanks

@AmandaFS I'm asking our mobile team about this.

So I take it you don't recall the SSO code, correct?

Thank you,
Kevin

Hi @AmandaFS ,

Can you please try below and let me know whether user is able to login to mobile and web using password and 2FA.

Example - Kevin is that end user

  1. As a Concur Administrator, navigate to User Administration and open Kevin's user profile.
  2. Set a new temporary password for Kevin and click Reset 2FA. This will trigger a 2FA reset email to Kevin.
  3. Ask Kevin to open the Microsoft Authenticator app on his mobile device and remove the existing SAP Concur account. If he previously scanned the QR code using the same Authenticator app, the existing account may be causing the issue when attempting to scan the new QR code.
  4. On a web browser, open the SAP Concur sign-in page.
  5. Enter Kevin's Concur login ID and click Next.
  6. Select SAP Concur Password, enter the new password created in Step #2, and click Next.
  7. A new QR code for 2FA setup should now be displayed. If the QR code does not appear, ask Kevin to open the email received after the 2FA reset (Step #2) and click the setup link provided.
  8. Open the Microsoft Authenticator app and scan the displayed QR code.
  9. Enter the six-digit verification code generated by the Microsoft Authenticator app.
  10. Click Sign In to complete the setup.

Note: The 2FA setup is a one-time process. Once it has been completed successfully, the user can sign in to both the SAP Concur web application and mobile app using their login ID, password, and a six-digit authentication code.

For each subsequent login, the user should open the Microsoft Authenticator app, check the current six-digit authentication code, and enter it on the SAP Concur login screen to complete the sign-in process.

Regarding your other question about why the SSO Code is no longer visible in your profile, based on the support article below, I believe your organization may still be using the legacy SSO platform. That's why it might not be visible.

To make SSO work, you might need to setup SSO with SAML 2.0 platform depending on your company's IdP system. Attaching setup guide for your further reference.

https://help.sap.com/docs/sap-concur/single-sign-on-setup-guide/overview?q=single+sign+on+setup+guid...

If you don't wish to use SSO then you can continue to use password and 2FA option for login process.
