I submitted expense claim through Concur with all supporting document from visa center website. Unfortunately the Concur audit team returned my expense for 3 times in the same reason of below in every item.
- Please include a valid receipt. If the receipt is lost, please provide a Missing Receipt Affidavit and resubmit for 514120-Visa/Working Permits for 70.00 USD on 04/25/2025.
I have attached every document what I got from the provider and comment in expense line. But expense still returned back to me with the same reason.
I raised ticket to Concur support team but nobody contact me back. Anybody here facing this issue?
