Requirement Gathering Workbook for Concur Implementation

Hello Experts,

We are aware the SAP Concur doesnt have a standard Requirement Gathering Workbook /Template that can be used for SAP Concur Implementations. Has anyone prepared a standard template that can be readily used in general for all customers? If so, can someone please help us with sections or content that the standard Requirement Gathering template should have?

There is standard CDW template available on SAP Jam Site/workzone site. Due to access restriction I'm not able to share that excel template link here as you won't be able to access it. However, I'm attaching tabs/sections screenshot here that CDW should have.  This screenshot is from the standard template which I found on SAP Jam site.

The attached pdf contains the same information/Questions that needs to be covered in CDW. 

In addition to this, you also need to consider few more sections to gather information such as car configuration, audit rules, travel allowance, email reminders/notifications, delegate configuration etc. which is currently not included in this template.
