Requested Expense has been approved but no reimbursement yet

Hello, my requested expense was approved Dec 15th 2025 but i haven't get reimbursement. What should i do?

Hi @adofinas ,

 

I would suggest creating an IT support ticket or reach out to Concur administrator. They should be able to check this with respective payment team.
