Expenses for one-time meeting participants

We already use Concur for our staff expenses, but we will be hosting a meeting for 50 people who are not employed with our company and will all be submitting one-time travel reimbursements and don't need to have an ongoing account. Does Concur offer a solution for having those 50 people submit their own expenses in line with our existing travel policy?

@nwalsh14 the only option based on what you are asking is the Sponsored Guest feature. It does require setting up profiles for these people, but they are not designated as employees in the system. Thank you! Is there a limit to how many sponsored guests you can have at any given time? Assuming we have the advanced edition of our Concur subscription?
