Request submission control

Hi, 

Is it possible to create a control in Concur when an employee can only submit a request one at a time? This means, user cannot submit a 2nd request if the first one is not yet completely approved?

Could you please clarify the exact requirement so I can suggest the most appropriate solution?

• Should the restriction apply to a specific expense type or request type, or should employees be prevented from submitting any new expense report/request while an existing one is pending approval?
• Should the restriction remain in place until the existing report/request is fully approved?

Once the requirement is clarified, I can explore the available options in SAP Concur and suggest the most suitable solution.
