Reports being disassembled after submission

Several preparers in our company are reporting a problem where they complete and submit an expense report and it's approved only to have all the transactions end up back in card transactions with all receipt images stripped. They are then having to re-assemble the report entirely, a huge hassle. Has anyone else seen this issue? Thanks!

@TheDavid This is the first time in over 17 years at SAP Concur I've heard of this. 

 

What it sounds like is that the report is being deleted. That is the only way card transactions go back into Available Expenses and receipts are removed from entries. 

 

After they re-assemble the report, what happens when the new report is submitted and approved? Are those going through or is this a continuous cycle? 

 

For me this is a "I'd have to see it to believe it type situation" as reports just don't get deleted. 

 

Are these preparers long time users of SAP Concur and have they been delegates for a long time? I'm just trying to get as many details as possible.

Sorry for the delay, this problem is still happening, yikes! To answer your question: These are long-time, super user Expense Delegates supporting the high level leaders at our firm.  They use this application every day and have done so for years preparing extensive, complex reports. 

 

It seems the reports are being kicked back by our AP department and in this process the report is taken apart and all the card transactions and receipts dumped back into the leaders wallet.

 

There is something going on in that kick back process, which again, has worked for years now. I don't know the answer to the second question you have, if it goes through or continuously comes apart, I will find out. 

 

Again, this is happening to at least 5 of our long-time super users. The issue has been going on for 12 days with no answers from Concur. Any help much appreciated. Is anyone else having this issue?

Re-creating the report and submitting a second time seems to work. This is not a workaround as these are incredibly complex reports. Things like Attendees at meals are lost and have to be re-created, doubling time taken.
