Report showing expenses marked as personal

I am looking for a report that will show me expenses that the employee marks as personal when submitting a report.  I run the all expenses report but they do not include these.

@Vsaliba if you are comfortable building Cognos reports, then you should just need to add the Personal data item found under the Entry Information folder in the Data Warehouse. 

Of course you need to also add other data items like: Employee, Report Name, Expense Type and any other data you feel is relevant.
