Report or Extract detailing users reimbursed in a payment batch

Hi I cannot find a report or extract file that shows the detail of the users who have been reimbursed in an out of pocket expenses payment batch.

Is anyone able to advise, please.

To add we have only just added Out of pocket expenses to our platform last week.

@AmandaFS if you are simply looking to see a list of employees and their out of pocket reimbursements, it would probably be easier and more efficient to use Cognos reporting to build a report to show this. 

The report can be reused as often as you need and it would take probably less than 15 minutes to build the report.

The question is...how much Cognos reporting building experience do you have? 🙂

Hi Kevin,

We do not have the option to build reports, we only have access to the standard reports and any reports we had created some time ago when we were on the Standard platform.

I have a build consultant amending one of our reports at the moment, so will add this to the requirements. KR
