Report Header: Business Purpose Required (Standard)

Is there a way to make Report Header: Business Purpose a required field in standard Expense? 

Thoughts: I will need to make the field required leveraging an audit rule, which is not available by default.  This means I need the access to custom audit rules to be enabled. (Sounds like this requires a conversation with the CSM of the account.)

Please confirm that I am on the correct path. I otherwise can see that I can make Business Purpose required at the line level.

@kunruh you can ask your CSM about getting Custom Audit Rules activated. Just so you are aware, there may be a fee associated to this. 

Without a custom audit rule, you can only make Business Purpose required at the line item level. Keep in mind this is by Expense Category, not Expense Type, so you will need to double-check all the expense types listed in each category to make sure you only set Required for the expense types that need it. Otherwise, you would need to update the expense type category.  Now, if every expense type will have business purpose required, that is much easier.
